Introduction
Click-It, a lottery and rewards platform that allows telecom subscribers to participate in weekly or monthly draws by subscribing through SMS or our website.
By subscribing, participating, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating.
Eligibility
To participate in Click-It draws, you must:
- • Be 18 years or older.
- • Be an active subscriber on MTN, Glo, or Airtel networks in Nigeria.
- • Have sufficient airtime balance to complete your subscription.
- • Understand that each phone number represents a unique participant.
How it works
You can participate through
- • SMS- Text the designated keyword to 7033 to subscribe
- • Web - Play from our website, enter your details and choose a subscription plan to join easily.
After subscribing, you’ll receive a confirmation message asking you to confirm your participation. Once confirmed, you are automatically entered into the next available draw based on your subscription type.
Subscription plans
Click-It offers three subscription options for entry:
- • ₦100 Daily Access — Valid for 24 hours (enters you into the next available draw)
- • ₦150 Weekly Draw — Automatically enters you into the next weekly draw
- • ₦500 Monthly Draw — Automatically enters you into the next monthly draw
While there are three access levels, draws are conducted only weekly and monthly. Daily access simply grants temporary entry into the upcoming eligible draw.
Subscription & Payment
All subscription fees are deducted from your airtime balance upon confirmation.
Your subscription remains active until you cancel.
Payments & Billing
- • Subscription fees are deducted directly from your airtime balance.
- • Once payment is processed, no refunds are issued.
- • Charges may appear as “VAS Subscription” or “Click-It Draw”.
- • You may cancel your subscription anytime by following the opt-out instructions in your confirmation SMS.
Draw process
- • Winners are selected automatically via a fair random process.
- • Winners will be contacted via SMS with claim instructions.
- • Unclaimed rewards after the specified period may be forfeited.
Prizes & Claims
- • Prize amounts are fixed and announced in advance before each draw.
- • Winners must claim prizes within 14 business days of notification.
- • Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or rolled into future draws.
- • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for airtime or other services.
- • All winner announcements are subject to verification.
Limitation of Liability
- • All draws are conducted randomly and fairly using a verified selection algorithm.
- • Winners are not selected based on telecom provider, or time of entry.
- • Each valid entry receives an equal chance to win.
- • Winners are notified via SMS or phone call after each draw.
By participating, you agree that Click-It’s liability is limited to the value of your active subscription.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
